Dear Mrs Baker
I am nominating my father,Pila leuta for "caught being good dad award" because my DAD is an awesome dad.
He lets me go to school games and provides lunch for me and the other family members. He is always working day and night but he is always happy to see us at home helping him.He only gets the weekends off. He helps me with my homework and helps me with my spelling and with maths.He helps me learn more things.
I think my dad should get this award because he always provides for the family and helps us when we are in need of clothes, shoes, and anything else we need.He tells us to keep strong.
He has always been there for me from when my biological father and my mum separated.He was there for me even when his family was trying to take him away from us. He still kept on fighting and fighting until they just let go of him and got on with their life and just left us to be a happy family.
These are the reasons why my father should be awarded this award.

My day of ACHIEVEMENT
!!MY DAY OF ACHIEVEMENT!!!
My day of excellence started during the holidays when everyone in my house was still sleeping and I was bored so I done all my chores in the house like doing the dishes. Clean up the sitting room, kitchen and outside. I cleaned by mowing the lawns,and picking up the rubbish. When I cleaned it up my parents were very surprised that I cleaned it up. I also cleaned up the car because the car was very messy and it smelt disgusting, so I cleaned it up and sprayed it. I was very happy with what I did. I think the work I done was outstanding and I think that I strived for excellence.
My goal was to make my family rest without shouting and growling across the room. I was trying my best to make it clean and tidy and and see my parents proud of what I done. I chose to do it because it was really disgusting and if we have visitors they might think that we are not a good family.
What I learnt from it was that I can do it without being told, without my parents telling us.Just using our own knowledge and our own mind. I also learnt that if parents don't explain how to clean the house, to do the dishes and they tell their kids to do it how can they do it because their parents didn't show them how to do it. And also the parents have to show a good example to their own children then that is embarrassing. so what I learnt was that to help my parents and to be a normal child.

Tamaki tours airport
L.I I am learning to write an information report.
The airport is where planes go around the world. The airport is a very big place which is people come and people go. And the airport is a very big place and that tourists are coming to explore New Zealand which they have never come before.
I had an interesting experience at the airport. My experience at the i didn’t know who the first lady to fly an air plane in the whole universe and the first lady was Jean batten. I was told that the international terminal is the busiest out of the domestic terminal.I also forgot that Tiana Samisoni was our school educator at the airport. I liked all the displays and that they looked very interesting. And also they were artistic.There are at least 800 businesses around the airport, employing about 22,000 people, with some 12,000 workers based on Auckland airport land.There are 22 international airlines 19 passenger carriers and 3 freight lines and there are 33 destinations worldwide.Annually the airport handles over 154,000 aircraft movements with more than 100 international flights and 300 domestic flights processed everyday.
On average, 690 New Zealanders start a domestic holiday every half hour. The international arrivals by New Zealand airports which are percentage. Auckland is 3,438.643 - 74%Christchurch is 723,590 -16%. Wellington 336,141- 7%others 113,284-3%. The population of New Zealand is 4.4 million.Auckland airport catchment area within 2 hours drive time; 2.033m people and within 4 hour drive time 2.322m people.Operating hours there is no curfew at Auckland Airport it is operational 24/7 365 days a year.
